So much red tape. AT&T was about the worst. I think they have a monkey running the business. I've never had to deal with so many customers that disliked the company at a job as I did there. I mean, I guess it's not really surprising or anything - everything you mentioned was a big reason I was looking primarily at smaller companies. At least now you know what to look for in your next job. Are you planning on staying out on the east coast? Also, I didn't know you had this website... I'll read some more of these posts later.
